Yongrui Sun
Yongrui Sun leads the researchers and editors behind this site. We compare tools using vendor documentation and published pricing. We do not run hands-on lab tests and we do not aggregate third-party review scores; ratings reflect our own editorial criteria, documented in our methodology. We do not run hands-on lab tests, and where a figure comes from a vendor or an independent testing lab we say which.com, Notion, ClickUp, Slack, and Microsoft Teams — feature depth, real pricing, and user-review patterns — and scores tools on how well they fit distributed teams' sprints, handoffs, and remote-first workflows.

How We Curate Software Reviews
Every tool reviewed by Yongrui Sun goes through the same process: it is evaluated against documented features, published pricing, and published specifications, Capterra, and Reddit, then compared against 3–5 direct competitors on features, pricing transparency, ease of use, and support. We do not accept payment for reviews, and affiliate relationships never change a tool's score. See our affiliate disclosure and editorial process.
